The NAAAP PRIDE program aims to empower, educate, engage, and celebrate the Asian American LGBTQ+ professional community and its allies by providing education, promoting visibility, and developing LGBTQ+ leaders.

 

PRIDE hosts a series of casual discussion groups along with signature events/projects. Past projects have included The Coming Out Collection, roundtable discussions on authenticity in the workplace, and the launching of the PRIDE scholarship.

 

Priorities of the group will include exploring topics related to LGBT x AAPI identity and the workplace, providing space for peer support and reflection, connecting with peer organizations, and growing capacity/membership.
