The Leadership Excellence Committee develops AAPI professionals into confident, capable leaders. We host leadership workshops, roundtables, peer mentoring programs, and networking events. Our mission is to equip members with tools to break the bamboo ceiling and gain visibility in their fields, while fostering a network of role models and mentors.
