Committee Chairs Shirley Chin		The Marketing and Public Relations Committee aims to provide “one voice, one face” to help NAAAPBoston project a professional image in our interactions with members, sponsors, partners, and the media. NAAAPBoston and this committee has worked tirelessly to promote and introduce NAAAPBoston and its mission to Metro-Boston’s diversity movement. NAAAPBoston has been mentioned in the Boston Metro and Boston Business Journal. Since its inception, the committee has been successful at leading and working with other committees to host new events while drawing record attendance to many NAAAPBoston events. Key accomplishments to date include: Publicizing the Better Luck Tomorrow screening and reception, which drew over 500 attendees Marketing the NAAAPBoston Annual Membership Event, which attracted a record 150 attendees Planning the ‘New Face of Asian America’ Panel Discussion, a new event drawing over 100 attendees Working closely with Bentley College to brand, market, and launch the annual event, AsiaNetwork, which drew over 170 attendees If you like marketing, public relations, writing, speaking with the press and are energetic, dedicated and creative, join our committee!
