  Who we are:
The Membership Committee manages the lifecycle of NAAAPBoston members. Responsibilities include recruiting and welcoming new members as well as retaining those members. The committee strives to meet what members look for and serves as a voice of members.


Why become a member or continue to be a member?

1) To participate in and personally support a national organization that promotes career advancement and leadership development of Asian American professionals. Strength in numbers!

2) To receive significant discounts to events i.e. Signature events (i.e. Scholarship Gala, Holiday dinner, etc.), National Convention (San Francisco, Atlanta, etc.), Professional Development Events, and exclusive members-only events.

3) To attend members-only Appreciation Luncheons.

4) To participate in monthly members-only free book raffles.

5) To have direct contact and network with corporate sponsors regarding career opportunities in their organizations.

6) To view members-only career listings from corporate sponsors on NAAAPBoston website

7) To develop and enhance skills through workshops, speaker series, etc.

8) (members-only) To have the opportunity to learn and develop leadership skills by leading NAAAPBoston committees i.e. Professional Development, Community Service, etc.

9) (members-only) To have the opportunity to lead NAAAPBoston by serving as a member of the Board of Directors

10) To give back to the community by volunteering in community service events i.e. Greater Boston Food Back, WGBH pledge drive, etc
