In order to provide exceptional services and programs to develop our future leaders in the Boston community, NAAAP Boston has implemented a structural enhancement to the executive team. Executive Officer roles and responsibilities have been modified with the Executive Officers reporting directly to the President. This modified structure will provide additional support to both the President and the Leaders by improving the channels of communication. The Executive Officers will provide oversight to the operational divisions of NAAAP Boston, our committees, in one of three specific areas: programming, external relations, and internal relations.

Lilian Hung has been elected to be the Chief Administrative Officer. As CAO, Lilian will focus on internal relations overseeing Technology, Legal, and the National Liaison as well as NAAAP Boston Human Resources.

Calvin Lee has been elected to be the Vice President of Programming. In this role, Calvin will provide guidance to the Professional Development, Networking, Scholarship, and Community Service committees to increase collaboration and best practices to enable NAAAP Boston the ability to provide members with quality events and programs.

Lisa Strack has been elected to be the Vice President of Relations where she will oversee the overall branding of NAAAP Boston by working closely with Corporate Relations, Marketing, and Membership as they focus on external relationships.

In addition, Shu Chen has been elected as the assistant treasurer, who will work closely with our CFO, Robert SooHoo.

Congratulations to all and we thank Stephanie Kan for her dedication as CAO.
