Yoon Lee
<- Back to Leaders

Yoon is a Senior Associate at Boston World Partnerships, a start-up nonprofit organization, founded by Major Thomas M. Menino, that uses a university alumni model and social media to promote Boston's greatest assets – human capital, intellectual capital, and innovation – to the international business community. At BWP, she manages the Connectors, who are the core members of the global network of Bostonians, and oversees various offline events held locally and abroad. Prior to coming on board with BWP, she spent four years in the Executive Education at Harvard Business School, managing an international team that planned and delivered executive programs on and off campus. Yoon was responsible for the operation of several flagship Chinese-English bilingual programs in partnership with business schools in China and Europe, which was an integral and pioneering component to HBS's emerging markets initiative. Her career at HBS was preceded by two years working for an educational consulting firm, Edu-Link, and as a freelance flute instructor, English tutor, and translator.

Ms. Lee received her B.A. in International Relations and Music from Wellesley College. A South Korean immigrant, Yoon is fully bilingual and wishes to use her bicultural background in her role at BWP. She lives in Cambridge and enjoys running, doing yoga, and hosting dinner parties.
