Paul Lee

Paul Lee, a partner at Goodwin Procter LLP, concentrates on corporate and securities law and representing high technology and financial services companies. Mr. Lee advises boards of directors and represents large and small public and privately held companies in connection with business, securities, governance and transactional matters. He also advises high technology ventures regarding their organization, seed and venture capital financings, IPOs and licensing issues. Mr. Lee also works on the formation of venture capital funds.

Paul currently serves as chair of the standing committee on publishing oversight of the American Bar Association and previously served a three-year term as a member of the Board of Governors of the American Bar Association. Mr. Lee also served as a member of the ABA Governance Commission and Executive Director Search Committee. He is a past president of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association, the Asian American Lawyers Association of Massachusetts, and a former member of the ABA Commission on Opportunities for Minorities in the Profession. Mr. Lee also serves as a board member of the Boston Conference for Community and Justice, Asian Community Development Corporation and Asian Task Force Against Domestic Violence.

Paul also was recently selected as NAAAP 100 winner.
