Marc Jin is currently the Vice President of Marketing at innoPad, Inc., a venture-funded semiconductor materials company located in Peabody, Massachusetts. Prior to innoPad, Marc served in key technical and management roles at several companies including Ford Motor Company. As a Project Manager at Ford, Marc led the development of engines for the Expedition and F150 pickup truck, with production value exceeding $450 million a year. In addition, Marc played an important role in the product planning of the company's first small car program in China. After his career at Ford, Marc matriculated into MIT Sloan for his MBA. At MIT, Marc and several classmates entered the prestigious 50K (now 100K) business entrepreneurship competition where they were finalist. Currently, Marc has four semiconductor-related patents pending. He is a Board Member for NAAAP Boston.
