Born in Thailand, Lisa and her family immigrated to the US and settled into Western Massachusetts early on in her life. She attained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, and a Master's of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Springfield College. Additionally, Lisa is a certified professional (PHR) in Human Resources from the Society of Human Resource Management since 2006.
Serving as the Senior Manager of Diversity and Inclusion for Comcast within the Greater Boston Region, Lisa is an internal consultant to the business. Her focus is to development recruitment strategies that yield a diverse pipeline of talent, as well as represent the company in external diversity/inclusion activities, and leverage partnerships and sponsorships while enhancing the company's visibility and reputation.
Prior to joining Comcast, Lisa worked at Stop & Shop Supermarket Corporate as a Recruiting Lead and Diversity Specialist. Previous to Stop & Shop, she worked in Multi-Cultural Affairs at Fisher College, and training and development at Accenture.
She is an active member of many organizations such as Association of Latinos in Finance and Accounting (ALPFA), National Association of Multi- Ethnicities in Telecommunications (NAMIC), and National Black MBA (NBMBA), Women in Cable Telecommunications the New England (WICT).
Lisa holds leadership roles in many of these organizations such as Director of Student Outreach within WICT; NEHRA Diversity Council, and Membership Committee Co-Chair of NAAAP.
She is also an accomplished Toastmaster through Toastmaster International, and is a proud graduate of The Partnership's fellows class of 2008.
Lisa has been a resident of Boston for the last 9 years and member of NAAAP since 2005.
