Chien-Mei Chang currently serves on the NAAAP Boston Board of Directors as a Board Member. A NAAAP Boston member since September 2004, she first became active within the Community Service Committee as a member, and then as a co-chair (Jan 2007 to May 2009). She was appointed to the Board Member position in May 2010 and then re-elected to the position in December 2010.  She is currently filling her two-year term.

Chien-Mei was born and raised in Livingston, New Jersey. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) degree from Boston University in May 2002. For the past eight years, Ms. Chang has been in the workforce with six years in Marketing and two years in Finance. Within her past positions, she has experienced various levels of responsibility regarding marketing/sales budgets, managing the creation and production of various marketing communication tools, and analyzing sales history/performance.

Currently Chien-Mei is enrolled in a full-time, Masters of Science in Organizational Learning and Development program at Suffolk University.
